LOEHLE AERO COATINGS with Loehle ULTRA-FLEX Technology

This new line of products to cover and paint your aircraft will allow the best possible "tools" to finish your aircraft in grand style.  The special high-solids formula allows quick, easy coverage and mil thickness with the fewest possible coats.  The sanding agents in this line of coatings will allow you to sand away the little blemishes inherent in covering jobs (fabric cement globs, frayed pinking tape, etc.), and easily see where you've sanded already because of alternating black/white layers.  This means you easily wind up with a smooth foundation that is essential to a quality look.

Loehle Aero Coatings is designed to provide a glossy, wet-look finish with the least amount of time and effort.  With just one brush coat of black, one spray coat of black, then one spray coat of white before color...you'll spend hours instead of days preparing your aircraft for the colors of your choice.  Even the colors dry quickly.  We have prepared surfaces all the way through final color in just 24 hours!

The user friendly process utilizes the same reducer (thinner) for each step, removing the chance chemical reactions might cause bubbles and blemishes in the finish.  This means you do not have to wait and wait for the previous step to dry before you can move on.

To give you an idea of costs, the typical custom aircraft with 45 yards of fabric will be approximately $1,567.33.  Ultralights and light planes with 35 yards of fabric can expect around $1,442.33.  These prices include the fabric, fabric cement, Filler/UV Blocker layers,  Clear Top Coat and surface tapes, as well as the Procedure Manual.

Contact Sandy Loehle at 931-857-3419 or info@loehle.com for a quote on your aircraft covering/painting needs.  Please have handy the number of yards you expect to have to use (if you have a fabric covered aircraft).  This system will work beautifully on metal and composite aircraft as well.   Please provide Sandy with the your aircraft manufacturer's recommended quantities for a typical finish.
