The Loehle Spad
XIII, Fokker DVII, and SE5a are cleverly designed around a common, highly engineered
airframe; however, cosmetic changes in the cowlings, wing tips, etc., characterize each
model. You obtain your airframe nearly ready to cover. The fuselage, wings,
tail, and landing gear assemblies are pre-built using processes similar to those used by
certified aircraft companies. Your task of final assembly is quickly accomplished-
install the wings, fuselage, and other assemblies then cover and paint, you are ready
to fly your own "dawn patrol!"
